Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located or the district in which Finding Camellia is located (if your address is outside the United States).
A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.
Your physical or electronic signature.
After receiving a valid counter-notice, we will restore the removed material, unless the copyright owner files a court action against you.
3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers.
